This comes as is (as it was found) with the patch. It appears that there was another patch at one time but I have no idea what it was. My guess is that the vest had no patches when it was new (many decades ago). Patch was likely added by a prior owner. Shoulder to shoulder is 14 1/2.

Armpit To Armpit Across Chest is 22. The bottom measures 22 1/2 from side to side. Shoulder to hem in front is 22 1/4. Shoulder to hem in back is 24 1/2.
