This is a large, heavy, 3D style silver tone metal buckle with detailed artwork, made to appear like it is wrapped around your belt and poised to strike, made & signed by Hartnell, from the 1980s. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some patina, and some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 6-3/4" x 3-1/8", fits a 1-3/4 wide belt and weighs about 9 oz.
