

During the 1970s, one of his painting was accepted by President Gerald Ford to hang in the White House. This original watercolor painting is typical of Birdsong's landscapes. The scene is that of a woods during autumn. Behind the trees is an adobe house. The artist has used an array of colors to depict the leaves as well as on the ground.
Framed, this piece measures 37"x25" and is one of his largest works.
