Antique Western Stoneware Company Footed Rustic Jardiniere/Planter

This is an antique rustic stoneware jardiniere from The Western Stoneware Company, Monmouth Illinois from the early 1900's. This antique stoneware pottery planter has four feet that supports it and has a very attractive rustic appearance that is one of being hewn out of a tree. The bottom has a beautifully embossed signature that identifies this piece as'The Western Stoneware Co, Monmouth Illinois' company that includes the amazing oak leaf logo in the center. This jardiniere/planter is absolutely gorgeous and is in excellent condition. It is a solid (heavy) piece that has held up very nicely over time. Brand: The Western Stoneware Company. The Oak Leaf logo on the bottom. Monmouth Illinois marking on the bottom. A rustic tree like design.

From the early 1900's (post-1906 when The Western Stoneware Company originated). Diameter (Top): 10 1/2 in. Diameter (Opening): 9 1/2 in.

Condition: Excellent Antique Condition with no visible cracks, no chips, no repairs. Inside is in excellent condition as well (see pictures). Please note: We all love finding a good deal.
