Antique European Oil Painting Sheep in Landscape Large Beautiful Marked 1932

Absolutely beautiful original oil painting on wood - creative and exquisite detail. Image appears to be of a European setting of mountains surrounded by trees with low hanging clouds, with 2 sheep grazing in a field along a river while being held in with a wooden split fence. Large painting: Measures: 33" Length x 28" H x 2 depth. Simple gold frame which helps from taking away from the beauty of the painting.

Back frame has initials carved into wood. One indicates MN 3 27 32 and the other DS 3 27 32. I have been unable to determine who the (possibly 2) artists were. The sheep have a very vintage look to them.
