Published in 1894 by H. The lithograph is after a painting by. It depicts a fascinating birdseye view of San Francisco at the height of the Gold Rush.

The lithograph has damp staining in the margins and is dry mounted to a backing board. Colors are faded overall, particularly in the sky/clouds. Significant toning/acidification present on rear/backing of image.
